Broadband Network
symptoms:
/dev/ttyUSBN dosen't show up (or show up more the once) usb modem will mount as disk drive (for windows/mac driver)
please report:
- lsusb
- /var/log/messages
- uname -r
- rpm -q NetworkManager
first workarround:
please try rawhide's kernel and NM (or at least the versions from updates-testing use usbmodeswith
Wireless Network
symptoms:
won't connect to wlan / ask unstoppable for security key don't receive answer from dhcp
please report:
- lsusb
- /var/log/messages
- uname -r
- rpm -q NetworkManager
- nm-tool
