I'm a student currently involved in various education-related activities in Fedora, OLPC and Sugar Labs. I'm the founder of the [[SIGs/Education|Education SIG]] which has produced the [[Education_Spin|Education Spin]] from Fedora 10 to 12. I'm also a member of the the [[OLPC|OLPC SIG]] where I worked on the additional distribution for the second G1G1 program. As an [[Ambassadors|ambassador]], recent events I attended include the LinuxTag, FOSDEM, CeBIT and both FUDCons in Berlin and Toronto. I'm the engineering manager of the [http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_on_a_Stick Sugar on a Stick] project, which has seen a successful v1 release last June and a v2 release in December and will become a part of Fedora with its redefinition as a spin in conjunction with the Fedora 13 release: [http://spins.fedoraproject.org/soas Mirabelle] | |||
