* Refreshment Token- $0.50
* Laptop sticker  - $0.20
* Total - $ 0.70 * 200 = $ 140
Publicity,
* Event Posters - $30
Guest Speakers Cost (includes Water, Token, Refreshment and Lunch),
* Per speaker - $10
Total - $10 * 3 guests = $30
Organizers Cost (Include Water, Breakfast, Refreshment and Lunch),
* Per Organizer - $5
Total - $5 * 5 organizers = $25
Grand Total - $235
** The cost for the social event should be drafted as per the availability of the funds from the sponsors.
