Goal: Sponsor three new contributors this year
- The full package: sponsor, mentor, get them visible within the community
- Packaging since that's what Rex knows but he can also try to take people through other areas as well

- Current process is cumbersome and fragile

- Update Automated publishing wiki page for current status
- Request hw resources from Infrastructure once you know when you want to work on it so they can schedule that
- Then to implement the Automated Publishing
