Default Web Browser and WiFi connections that require accepting terms.
I messed with something, more than likely a network configuration script in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and now NetworkManager's User Interface displays "connected" while using ifcfg-NYPL (New York Public Library) network script but the default browser doesn't ask me to click to start my session.
Update: tried a different public WiFi network and the problem doesn't manifest.
