Where is the-new-hotness? How to automatically file Bugs to Bugzilla for new upstream releases?
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upstream_release_monitoring#The-New-Hotness says "it will check in pkgdb2 if the Fedora package is marked to be monitored" but https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb says "PkgDB is in read-only mode".
Note that the fedrepo-* related tools are no longer being used. This document needs to be updated accordingly.
