There is one repository with the latest Bacula 5.2.13 that is at the same version of Fedora and CentOS/RHEL 7 (for RHEL it lags a couple of builds behind but it's the same package, you can see my name in the changelog); then there's the repository with the latest Bacula 7.0.x here (same as in Fedora Rawhide).

I'm maintaining them both and push updates to both of them, any feedback is greatly appreciated. You can upgrade straight from CentOS Bacula 5.0.0 package to both of them, please read the readme files before as the logic for choosing the database has changed.

Packages maintained

For packages I maintain / co-maintain or simply received some commits from me check the Fedora Package Database query. RPMFusion does not have a similar interface, but I maintain a few packages also there.

Side projects regarding Fedora

I maintain a repository for Bacula that basically contains backports for all RHEL/Centos/Fedora supported distributions. Use this if you're running a stable version of RHEL or Fedora and you want the latest Bacula for running backups without the need to recompile packages on your own.

You can upgrade straight from Fedora/CentOS/RHEL Bacula 5.0.x and 5.2.x packages to both of them, please read the readme files before as the logic for choosing the database has changed.

Bacula 5.2.13:

Bacula 7.0.5:

Bacula 7.4+:

A repository for lots of multimedia components that override the RPMFusion and Fedora ones to provide more up to date libraries. It also contains packages with enabled CUDA/NVENC support, that can not be distributed like this. For Fedora/CentOS/RHEL.

it must be used without RPMFusion being enabled.

A repository that packs the latest Steam for Fedora. This has been merged in RPMFusion; but this repository contains all the extra packages that are required for creating a "SteamOS like" system based on Fedora.

A repository that packs the latest Adobe Flash Plugin for Fedora/CentOS/RHEL that tries to be more "compliant" with Fedora/CentOS/RHEL packaging policies. it can also used by the Steam repository.

A repository for cdrtools is available for those that don't think that cdrkit works enough well. The packages obsoletes the cdrkit packages and plugs into as a replacement for brasero etc. On RHEL 6+ and Fedora the packages uses file capabilities to avoid having the binaries setuid root.

A repository for proprietary Nvidia drivers is available for those that think the RPMFusion/ELRepo ones are not packaged the best way that they could. For Fedora/CentOS/RHEL. It also includes extra Nvidia tools, like NVENC and CUDA packages and libraries.

A repository that packs the latest RAR for Fedora/CentOS/RHEL.

A repository that packs the latest Spotify for Fedora/CentOS/RHEL.

A repository that packs the latest Bitoin Core for Fedora/CentOS/RHEL.
