What to test?[edit]

Today's installment of Fedora Test Day will focus on Internationalization a.k.a. i18n around Desktops including their applications. this aims to ensure if i18n support works enough on them.

Prerequisite for Test Day[edit]

One or more keyboards with different layouts
An updated Fedora 34 Latest Workstation Live image, or a Fedora 34 nightly image
- As of today on this test day we see that Fedora QA recommended last known image is available image at this location.

How to test?[edit]

Update your machine[edit]

If you test with an installed system, make sure you have all the current updates installed, using the update manager.

Live image[edit]

Instead of testing on an installed system, you may download a Fedora 34 nightly Workstation live image or Fedora 34 Silverblue image for your architecture. Tips on using a live image are available at FedoraLiveCD. The latest live image links can be found here: please make sure to get a Fedora 34 nightly, not Rawhide.

Run the tests[edit]

Visit the result page and click on the column title links to see the tests that need to be run: most column titles are links to a specific test case. Follow the instructions there, then enter your results by clicking the Enter result button for the test.

Also on Minecraft (Lunar) in full screen suggestions are not displayed but on a different resolution it does and commit has to done with ctrl + M as enter closes the chat in Minecraft. Verdict - ibus-anthy should come on top of windows instead and should have an option to force suggestions to appear on top of any application of any resolution.
