I find the discussion on "Compatibility" a bit insufficient. A number of people ran into problems with BLS, cf https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1636466 or https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1651686 as examples. The main issue is that a number of places document a way to pass kernel options that is no longer working with BLS.
