The admonition that maybe you know what belongs here probably doesn't belong in the release notes, so I removed the following language:

I did, however, leave in the admonition that you should check for yourself. For Postgres it looks like a blind update from 9 should be no problem (but I didn't try it myself). The MySQL upgrade looks a little scarier.
Although there are other databases in Fedora, I don't believe there are any servers.
