Our current budget is: $20k (RH) (EUR16k250) + ~EUR500 (other sponsor)
Fees:
- FUDPub, €3k
- tshirt, €1k5 (probably a bit less)
- lunch EUR5k (to check, UP EUR1600 for 2 meals. Contact: Havok_Novak)
- contributors reimboursment (to define the 16th of August) (around EUR4k actually)
- booklets and flyers EUR100
- look for tablecloth & kakemono, need to be budgetted
- badges and badge holder (need a quote here)
