| | |
| According to its [[Board/SuccessionPlanning| succession planning]] document, it is time the next round of Fedora Board elections to take place. The Fedora Board currently appoints 4 of its 9 seats, and elects 5 of the 9, on a rotating basis.
| |
| | |
| This election, to return to a balanced election cycle, the Board will elect 4 seats: 3 for full two-release terms, and 1 for a single-release term. After the release of Fedora 10 in approximately November 2008, the Board will then elect 2 seats.
| |
| | |
| [[Board/History| This page]] should help to explain when different seats are filled, etc. | |
