Quantum SIG is a group of Fedora contributors/community members who are interested in experimenting with Quantum computing within Fedora, to see what is possible and to build a solid knowledge base for any possible projects that may arise.
Objective
The Fedora Quantum SIG mission is to learn and experiment with Quantum computing through Fedora with the end goal being the introduction of Quantum computing into Fedora workflows or distributions.
Resources
- Qiskit is an open source SDK which developers can use to either simulate Quantum computations and operations or to interact with IBM's Quantum Cloud.
