Hello there! My name is Silvio Palmieri, has worked with informatics for over 27 years, of which 15 involved with Open Source Software as a whole. Specialist in Open Source Software for the public sector having worked in different municipal and state administrations, delivered training, executed implementations and gave lectures in practically every state of Brazil and in many countries of Latin America. Called crazy or xiite by many, at times his defense of SL or his tattoo of Tux on his arm, and currently called Capitan Palmieri by his friends, he liked and incorporated the codename in his every day work with Open Source Software. Fedora Ambassador, Member openSUSE, Administrator-Founder of Xoop’s Paraná, member of Comunidade Expresso Livre, member of PSL-Trinacional, he has already been considered one of the main active champions of Open Source Software in Paraná. Responsible for organizing a number of events on FS around the country.
