Feliz Cumpleaños, Fedora Venezuela

Maria Leandro reports that last Friday that Fedora users and developers in Caracas, Venezuela, had a birthday party for the Fedora Venezuelan Community. About 25 members showed up at the party and they talked about future projects for Venezuela and LATAM.

They also celebrated with a cake topped with the Fedora logo.

Fedora Activity Day in India

Rangeen Basu Roy Chowdhury reports on the Fedora Activity Day organized by the Durgapur Linux Users' Group (DGPLUG) at Dr. B.C Roy Engineering College in Durgapur, India. Though this event was postponed by more than a month, it finally was held on May 14 -- "Better late than never," in Rangeen's words.

A report can be found at http://sherry151.blogspot.com/2009/05/fedora-activity-day-at-bc-roy.html and photos of the event can be found here:

Also, more information about the event can be found on the DGPLUG FAD wiki at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DGPLUG_FAD_2009
