This template is used to return an admonition that attributes a specific problem or issue to a third-party vendor.
Parameters
All parameters are optional. Generic text is used for any missing parameter.
Name
The vendor's name
URL
The named third-party vendor's general site URL, or a specific URL for filing bugs with the named third-party vendor.
