Status
- Table for the event secured.
- Submitted Fedora and Fedora-related speakers include: quaid, lcafiero, herlo, jds2001, stickster; possible presentation on XO-related topic(s) by Mirano Cafiero and Malakai Wade at Women In Open Source segment.
- Room for FAD on Feb. 19 secured.
Budget
For SCaLE 8x, $2,700 was requested for the following items:
- $160 minivan rental (four days) to transport people and event box
- $1440 for hotel rooms (4 rooms at $115 per room per night for 3 nights).
- $1000 SCaLE sponsorship.
- $100 for cost overruns or unforseen costs, which will be returned if unused.
