The Fedora Project Leader is ultimately accountable for everything that happens within Fedora. He/She is Fedora's President, CEO, Chairman, Fearless Leader, Benevolent Dictator, whatever-you-want-to-call-it.
The FPL is a full-time, Red Hat-employed job. The FPL leads the Fedora Project Board.
