About Ed Morgan
Ed is a former soldier from Bournemouth in the south of England, he currently works as a sysadmin for a large, multinational IT company supporting distributed datacentres from a darkened room in Newcastle. He has been using Linux since 2006, mostly Arch and Fedora, he also really likes FreeBSD.
When not at work, he supports Tottenham Hotspur, is a hardcore Pearl Jam fan, and enjoys playing raucous rock music on his Fender Telecaster. He also likes Firefly, comic books and RPGs. He has also been known to lurk in dingy bars drinking large quantities of beer when his wife lets him.
Ed is a Browncoat and a Fellow in the Free Software Foundation: Europe.
