There doesn't seem to be a requirement for standard (or indeed any other) means of automated installation, which I think is required for a meaningful QA process. The third requirement seems to hedge on the point of standard installation environment; I believe the 3)rd requirement should say
In any case, there must exist a bare-metal, automated install process that is exercised by the test builds.
