O FAD Brasil 2013 é um evento destinado a um dia de atividade Fedora e tem como principal objetivo:

* Agregar valores ao Projeto Fedora;
* Add value to the Project Fedora;
* Agregar pessoas para contribuir com o Projeto Fedora.

O grande problema hoje enfrentado no Brasil é o nível muito baixo de contribuição para o Projeto Fedora, pensando nesse aspectos temos como objetivos secundários:

* Aumentar o nível de contribuição no Brasil;
* Increase the level of contribution in Brazil;
* Aumentar a participação em projetos como, Empacotamento;

Para que possamos atingir o nosso objetivo, temos a seguinte infra estrutura(Recurso):
We started contacting local Universities, and Faculdade Bandeirantes kindly offered us to host the the conference, and suggested to pre-scheduled it from 8th to 10th of November. They are going to be our partners in this initiative and the infrastructure offered includes:
* 10 laboratórios com atividades simultâneas;
* Auditório com capacidade de 200 pessoas para palestras
* Biblioteca como extensão do auditório.
* Coffe Break para palestrante


Além dessas atividades acontecerá o install fest, tira duvidas e soluções de problemas(configuração). Com isso conseguimos também tornar a marca Fedora mais forte no nosso país. O público alvo atingidos são alunos da própria Faculdade onde estará sendo realizado o evento, profissionais da áreas e professores da intituição.

FAD Brasil 2013

Proposal

The FAD Brazil 2013 is an event aimed at an activity day and Fedora's main objective:

  • Add value to the Project Fedora;
  • Add people to contribute to the Fedora Project.

The major problem in today's world and in Brazil is very low contribution to the Fedora Project, thinking that aspects have as secondary objectives:

  • Increase the level of contribution in Brazil;
  • Increase participation in projects of packaging;
  • Increase participation in projects of translation
  • Increase participation in projects of documentation and other areas;

Resources/Public Target

We started contacting local Universities, and Faculdade Bandeirantes kindly offered us to host the the conference, and suggested to pre-scheduled it from 8th to 10th of November. They are going to be our partners in this initiative and the infrastructure offered includes:
