Who am I?
Hi there! My name is Fernando dos Santos, I'm 30 years old. I live in one of the most beautiful island from Brazil called Florianópolis. I'm a cyberactivism and a free software advocate who graduated with a free software degree in 2008 at the UNISUL University in Brazil. In the year of 2010 I became an Fedora Evangelist.
History
- 2001 - My first experience with Linux;
- 2002 - Got in college (Information Systems - UNISUL University, Brazil);
- 2004-2006 - Started a research about Linux distributions;
- 2008 - Free Software degree (UNISUL University, Brazil);
- 2010 - Opened a consulting company specialized in Free Software solutions. Was the coordinator of the 5th SoLiSC - Congresso Catarinense de Software Livre (an free software congress).
- 2011 - Was the coordinator of FLISOL - Festival Latinoamericano de Instalação de Software Livre (an free software installfest event);
- 2012 - Became the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) at the ASoLiSC - Associação Software Livre de Santa Catarina (a nonprofit association that promote the free software).
