Background
While I got a degree in physics couple of years ago, I shortly afterwards started working as a Project Manager at the Linux system integration company credativ. I was "the Fedora/RHEL/CentOS guy" there while being surrounded by Debian folks. That lasted for years - but wasn't meant to be for eternity, thus I recently joined Red Hat.
I use Fedora since the first beta releases (the old "core" times) and still use it on my main machine at home. Besides, all my servers do run on CentOS in various versions.
