Sandro Mathys announced[1] that the data and location for FAD EMEA 2008 have been determined. It will take place in Basel, Switzerland from 2008-11-14 to 2008-11-16.  Additional information is available on the FAD EMEA 2008 wiki page[2].

Francesco Ugolini posted[1] to the ambassadors list a request for feedback for planning for Fedora 10 release parties.  We had great success with out Fedora 9 release parties - be sure to get your suggestions in for planning Fedora 10 release parties in the future.
Karsten Wade reported [1] on Lindependence 2008 on the ambassador mailing list.  THis event was in Felton, California and was an attempt to get an entire town to switch to FOSS alternatives.

David Nalley posted [1] his event report covering the Palmetto Open Source Software Conference.  This was a first year event and included a talk by Greg DeKoenigsberg and included an imprompt Fedora booth.
