• network interfaces were renamed by upstream udev - https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/0037a669ac9a2bbedccdb2f483111351e8ff4659 - so enccw0.0.0600 becomes enc600, updating parameter files is required
• the portname parameter for network settings needs to be removed, it's ignored anyway, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1327204 for some details, if used in the rd.znet line, it breaks things
• GNU Ada compiler (GNAT) got bootstrapped and is available
• the release is 64-bit only, see emails on the list for details about dropping s390 (31-bit) support

• https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1335117 - Installation crashes when too long device number for DASD is entered in GUI
• https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1326715 - unknown key 'WAIT_FOR' in udev rules - but it looks harmless

The same process and tools (pungi 4.1) are used as primary Fedora does.
