About me
I've been a contributor to the Fedora Project since September 2015 and work in various places of the community. I'm currently an undergraduate student at Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Networking and Systems Administration and minoring in Free and Open Source Software. I began using Linux (and Fedora) in December 2013 – Fedora 20 was my first Linux distribution. I am passionate about free and open source software, which is why I love one of Fedora's four foundations: Freedom.
I'm generally idling somewhere on IRC around the clock (IRC: jwf), so if you see me, feel free to ping and say hi!

Activities outside Fedora
I've managed my own Minecraft server, CrystalCraftMC for the past five years. I am a former staff member of SpigotMC, a free and open source Minecraft server software. Before Fedora, I mostly worked in the Minecraft open source community.
At my university, I am the 2016-2018 president of the RIT Linux Users Group. I am involved with the FOSS@MAGIC academic community by helping promote open source across my university. I'm also a member of the RIT Women in Computing program.
Outside of the US, I'm also a remote member of the Open Labs Hackerspace, a non-profit community hackerspace in Tirana, Albania promoting free and open source projects.
I'm also a coffee fanatic and a former barista. I support Direct Trade Coffee!
Scratchpad
I have a loose scratchpad of ideas, thoughts, or concepts that I need a place to put them, but don't belong anywhere specific. All of my ideas on my scratchpad are related to Fedora in some way - perhaps you may find some of them useful! Feel free to read through my pad.
