Revision as of 20:07, 4 December 2017
The following elections take place from October 2017 to December 2017:
- Council (two seats)
The elected positions cover Fedora's subprojects not under the engineering or outreach banners (Documentation, Translation, etc.), and the community at large. One specific responsibility is to represent the voice of individual contributors to the Fedora project. Each representative will also work on specific goals which she or he brings to the Council as highlighted during the election process.
See Council page for more details regarding Council goals and structure.
Council Elections Autumn 2017
Elections are held twice a year, in concert with the joint Fedora election cycle. One seat is selected at each election, and each position has a two-election (approximately one year) term. No person who currently holds another Council seat can be elected.
The following Council members finish their terms, and the seats are up for re-election:
- Robert Mayr (robyduck) - elected for F26/F27 period
- Justin Flory (jwf/jflory7) - Resignation from the Fedora Council
