Need qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld package from rpmfusion. qt5-qtwebchannel has something to do with something, Rex Dieter knows what, ask him.

For Dolphin video previews the package ffmpegthumbs is needed and setting it in Settings -> General -> Previews -> Video Files.
