When and Where
Sometime in December 2008
Possible venue that I'd like is Suspenders restaurant, but I believe that it's relatively expensive (there are other open source groups that meet there, I'll check with some of them). This would likely be the most bang for our buck on attendees.
There are other venues in NYC that could be considered.

Event Budget
300-400 USD (space alone is likely to be 200 or so)
