First Day of Development

Create tracker bugs for each test release and GA for two releases from now and update BugZappers/HouseKeeping/Trackers

Send out end-of-life EOL email warning
- Follow template at EOL Warning
Draft EOL closing ticket with Red Hat Engineering Operations (Bugzilla Management). Ticket includes:
- Query to select EOL bugs
- Text to accompany bug closure
- Follow template at: EOL Closure
Flush BugZappers/ActiveTriagers page and make way for the new triagers for the next release
1. Send announcement to fedora-test-list@redhat.com
2. Clear BugZappers/ActiveTriagers page by moving names to BugZappers/PreviousTriagers list
Send out announcement to fedora-test-list@redhat.com asking triagers for next release to add their names to BugZappers/ActiveTriagers
