Podman 5 will:
- No longer support cgroups v1
- Deprecate CNI plugins
- Deprecate Boltdb
- Have passt as the default rootless network service instead of slirp4netns
- Support stable
--format
Go template structs - Isolate podman bindings leading to improved usability
