Documentation Project Roles - Lead Writer
Lead writer duties:
- Takes accountability for ensuring that all other writers/contributors are working to meet group milestones.
- Leads any meetings, where such leadership is required.
- Can choose to have that title in the credits, as a reward for extra work. ;-D
- Makes the formal request to a lead editor or publication editor to have document published
- Request made in e.g. Plone workflow, bugzilla ticket, whatever process is in place
- What else?
