At the start of a barcamp (and, typically, in previews on the wiki page of the FUDCon event), people who would like to present a barcamp session pitch their talk idea. This is usually done by writing the name of the talk on a piece of paper and lining up with other presenters to give a 15-second description of the proposed talk. The papers are then taped to proposed positions in the barcamp grid. | |||
