Internationalizing your TurboGears Application using Genshi Templates

Notes

If you do everything here to the letter, you will have few problems. Some notes:

• Use the directory structure that is recommended there (/locales) because it is hardcoded in Turbogears
• I had some problems extracting strings containing special characters such as the backslash / or angle brackets < >.
• Do not update your catalogs if you get errors during extraction time.
• I repeat, do not update your catalogs if you get errors during extraction time. You will lose your translations.
• Using tg-admin i18n may or may not work. I did not test it.
