Fabian (just call him "Fab", that's easier for everyone) is currently a university student living in [http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.735&lon=7.105&zoom=11&layers=B000FTF Bonn, Germany] and working part-time as tech support for a medium-sized ISP there. Fab has been using Linux since the summer of 2006 (at first mostly Ubuntu, he switched to Fedora on his main machine at the end of 2009) and has been co-producing and hosting the now pretty popular [http://linuxoutlaws.com Linux Outlaws] podcast since September 2007. He is also a co-organiser of the [http://oggcamp.org OggCamp] free software and free culture barcamp. Fab was born in [http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.434&lon=6.75&zoom=10&layers=B000FTF Duisburg, Germany] and now lives together with his longterm-girlfriend in Bonn. Fab is an ardent supporter of the '''Pittsburgh Penguins''', has been a devoted '''Bruce Springsteen''' fan since he was six and enjoys tinkering with technology a lot.
