I am Gent, I come from a newborn country called Kosovo. Here I am involved as F/LOSS Activist and in same time a member of FLOSSK (Non-profit getting involved on F/LOSS). My first experience with GNU/Linux systems was a couple years ago and now still continuing with Fedora as main operating system of my computer/s. I am a high school student, studying Informatics.

I am on IRC.FREENODE.NET as well, look for "gentth" username.
My first experience with GNU/Linux systems was 2 years ago at a free local course about Introduction to Linux organized by James Michael DuPont which is the founder of a non-profit here called [http://flossk.org FLOSSK], I am a active member there and since the beginning of it. I am on of the organisers of [http://kosovasoftwarefreedom.org Software Freedom Kosova] an annual F/LOSS Conference. As a flosskie I presented and promoted all around my country about Linux and Free/Open Source Software. I did a big contribution of working,translating on OpenStreetMap,OLPC/Sugar etc. Personally started using as a full operating system Fedora less than a year ago.

Gent Thaçi

Hi, I'm Gent Thaçi, I am nearly 16 years old and I live in Prishtina, Kosovo.
