Description

How to test

  1. Plugin USB3.0 HDD to USB3.0 port
  2. Enter S3 with command "pm-suspend --quirk-s3-bios"
  3. Back from S3 by push the power button

Expected Results

  1. USB device should still be valid and USB speed should not be downgraded
