Event Description
Bitcamp is a hackathon, where students from all over the country flock to the University of Maryland of a weekend of coding. They create things, solve practical problems, compete for prizes, and interact with sponsors.
Google's definition of a hackathon: an event, typically lasting several days, in which a large number of people meet to engage in collaborative computer programming.

- Create a Google Drive form ahead of time with name, email, contact info, major, etc. for follow-up after the event

Ideas/Brainstorming
- We need an event box # Secured for shipment to event on Apr 1st -- jbwillia :)
- Swag to give out: pens, stickers, media? (linuxmodder will have some swag left over from CarolinaCon event to bring up as well)
- Mentoring at Bitcamp (if you can code, please sign up)
- On March 5th, 2016 -- Corey (linuxmodder) emailed organizers for a drop ship -- last day to ship swag / event box is Apr 2, 2016 (without incurring needless non ground shipping charges)
