Python Patches
This is a catalogue of Python 2 and 3 patches and patch numbers for Fedora and RHEL so that when creating a new patch you can chose a new global unique patch number.
Note that the patch doesn't have to be exactly the same in each branch of Python 2 and/or 3: there will be slight differences if the patch due to different Python versions. However, if the patch fixes the same issue/bug/CVE then it should have the same number across all branches.
