Instruction to run application

Description

This is a translation testing for system-config-printer package.

Assamese (as_IN)	fail as_IN		Some strings under "Network Printer" drop down list are untranslated.
Tamil (ta_IN)	fail ta_IN		Few button strings ("close") and several dialogues shown on selecting sub menu items are unlocalized.
Bengali (bn_IN)	fail bn_IN		Some strings under "Network Printer" drop down list are untranslated.
Punjabi (pa_IN)	fail pa_IN		string 'show print queue' has error in translation and 'add device' is untranslated.
