Description
Test GNOME Maps application.
Setup
- Ensure that GNOME Maps (package
gnome-maps - In Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services, make sure Location Services are enabled.
How to test
- Start Maps or run
gnome-mapscommand - Move around the map, zoom in and out.
- Locate yourself with the "Go to current location" button.
- Search for places near you and also very far from you.
- Plan a route between your favourite places using car, bike and walking.
- Perform some additional Exploratory testing.
Expected Results
- Map should render correctly, there are no glitches in map rendering.
- All actions should behave as expected.
- Please report all failures to the GNOME tracker.
