Fontconfig issues to fix
- Locales in F11's comps with no .orth file in fontconfig:
- ber: Berber
- csb: Kashubian
- en_GB: British English ("en" for English already exists, which has a euro sign)
- fil: Filipino ("tl" for Tagalog exists, but it is based on historical script, not Latin. that must be fixed too)
- hsb: Upper Sorbian ("web" for "Sorbian languages" exists)
- ms: Malay
- pt_BR: Brazilian Portuguese ("pt" for Portuguese already exists, but includes a Euro, not really used in Brazil)
- rw: Kinyarwanda
- ve: Venda
- zh: Chinese (subvarieties for China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Taiwan exist)
