Fontconfig issues to fix
- Locales in F11's comps with no .orth file in fontconfig:
- ber: Berber; glibc has two very incomplete locales, one for Algeria (Latin), and one for Morocco (Tifinagh)
- csb: Kashubian (fd.o bug)
- fil: Filipino; "tl" for Tagalog exists, but it is based on archaic script, not Latin. (fd.o bug)
- hsb: Upper Sorbian ("web" for "Sorbian languages" exists)
- ms: Malay (fd.o bug)
- rw: Kinyarwanda (fd.o bug)
- ve: Venda; exists as "ven". should be renamed to "ve" (fd.o bug)
