When you're comfortable enough, please introduce yourself here so folks can get to know you. In order to understand better your needs, we invite you to briefly comment on:
- what your experience with FOSS is
- is this your first time in a FOSS community?
- how do you imagine your place in a FOSS community?
- what your technical skills are
- have you ever used git?
- rpm packaging
- Linux (is GNU/Linux your main OS? Is Fedora Linux your main distribution?)
- command line
- experience in communication platforms
- have you ever subscribed to a mailing list?
- what is your preferred real time chat platform?
- have you ever been a forum moderator?
- how much time you can contribute (roughly hours per week); are you available every day?
The reason we invite you to address these prompts is we like to get to know you better. If you don't know what git, rpm, etc are, that's fine. If you aren't online on a daily basis, it's fine too. So, this is not a job interview or a resume; please consider the introduction a friendly and constructive opener for a conversation between us, so we can support you in identifying Fedora activities that promise to be relevant for you.
