Summary

Fails To Build From Source (FTBFS) Proposal

• Matt Domsch proposed that packages with unresolved FTBFS bugs immediately following the Alpha release would be removed from the distribution. FESCo agreed with this proposal, but had a couple of additional items (like tying this in with f13's automated MIA proposal) to add to it. f13 will get in contact with Matt on this.

New Maintainer Containment Membership

• FESCo approved f13's proposal on how to prime the new 'supergroup'. The initial members will be current package sponsors, and then these sponsors can would be able to sponsor anybody they choose (not just the people they've sponsored) into the supergroup.
