Retire python-nose

This is a proposed Change for Fedora Linux.
This document represents a proposed Change. As part of the Changes process, proposals are publicly announced in order to receive community feedback. This proposal will only be implemented if approved by the Fedora Engineering Steering Committee.

Summary

The python-nose package is dead upstream and has been deprecated for 5 years in Fedora. It no longer builds with Python 3.14 and it will be retired (removed) from Fedora Linux 43 without replacement.
