Testcase ibus start

Description

This test case tests whether the chosen input method can be selected successfully.

How to test

1. run ibus-setup
2. Select 'Input Method' page
3. Add some Input Method

Expected Results

1. The engines should be in language panel
2. Reboot the system and check if all added input method are in language panel.
3. Login gnome, kde, xfce and etc, and check if the all added input methods are in language panel.
