IBus
ibus has undergone further development and improvements, such as
- ibus-1.2, which provide the key layout support for input method developers. It also enables Non-US-QWERTY users to use input methods that designed only for US-QWERTY.
- Qt4 native immodule (ibus-qt).
Chinese
More Chinese tables have been ported from scim-table to ibus-table.
Indic
Lohit fonts have been split and now supports Unicode 5.1.
Japanese
IPA fonts have been added which provide good quality fonts with cover of JIS2004. we encourage you to install all of or either of ipa-gothic-fonts, ipa-pgothic-fonts, ipa-mincho-fonts and ipa-pmincho-fonts packages if you want/need JIS2004 features on Fedora.
