Template:User page migration is a message that notifies users that their pages were migrated from the deprecated "JohnDoe/MyPage" convention to the modern "User:jdoe/MyPage" convention. Use this page if you've moved more than a couple of the user's pages, as it's polite to notify them of their content being changed.
To use this template, provide a signature, the old name, and the new name as arguments: {{User page migration|~~~~|AaronFaanes|dafrito}}. You should also provide an example page to demonstrate what occurred; this can be included as the fourth argument: {{User page migration|~~~~|AaronFaanes|dafrito|Style guide}}.
