Obsolete
As of Fedora 14, performing a telnet install is no longer supported.

Description

The telnet anaconda option starts a telnet server and waits for a connection before proceeding. This test validates that behavior.

How to test

  1. Boot the installer by any available means (CD/DVD, boot.iso, PXE), be sure to boot with the option: telnet
  2. When prompted, telnet to the installing system
  3. Proceed with install, accepting any defaults

Expected Results

  1. Anaconda prompts for telnet connection
  2. Anaconda continues install on telnet client
  3. Reboot successfully into installed system
